Believe me if you miss out on visiting this wonderful island, your travel diary would remain incomplete. Never before had I seen such fabulous natural reserves—it is really vast. You must have heard of its nicknames: Teardrop of India, Pearl of the Orient, Ceylon and some others. Sri Lanka does justify its nicknames. If you love animals and forests, Sri Lankan wildlife sanctuaries feature many a great thing for you. Thanks to the wide network of hotels in Sri Lanka which made it easy for me to spend enough time there in great comfort. I still relish those moments. From a hustling bustling metropolis city to small towns and villages you get everything on this beautiful Island. And let me tell you that despite being a small country, it has got a number of heritage sites. I liked the grandeur of the British Fort in northern Colombo. Some of the heritages include ancient temples and monuments too. Visit Anuradhapura and you will get to know it. I also appreciate the religious harmony pervading everywhere in the country.
